		<description>that&#039;s why back when we started getting that extra &#039;stimulus cash&#039; in our paychecks i adjusted my w4 deductions accordingly so that would not happen to us. you can change up your deductions with your w4 at anytime and even arrange to have extra monies taken out so you won&#039;t have to payback the government in the spring. of course if you are real adventurous and you have a steady income, than you can figure out your tax deductions exactly down to the point where you get all the money you should be getting in each paycheck and the govt only gets what taxes it needs to collect and then all is even at years end.</description>

		<description>One thing no one mentioned about the &#039;stimulus plan&#039; was that when the gov&#039;t took out less tax from paychecks last year, they didn&#039;t tell anyone that you&#039;d have to pay that tax THIS year when you do your taxes!
So if you had $900 LESS in taxes taken out of your pay last year (2009), go do your taxes and you&#039;ll discover that you get to pay that $900 back to the IRS in one big fat lump sum this spring.
Wasn&#039;t that nice?</description>
